Located just a few steps from the beach, Hotel Marina offers accommodation in Monterosso al Mare, in the Cinque Terre National Park. The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Lido Resort is located next to the beach in Finale Ligure, 26 km from Savona and a 10-minute drive from Pietra Ligure. It features a private beach area. Free WiFi is available throughout. Much better than the pictures showed.Large rooms that were spotless. Helpful front desk. Proximity to the centre part of town. very well priced

Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre. Location, facility and staff were friendly, helpful and very hospitable.

Set in a park 5km from the center of Alassio and 110 metres from the beach, Baba Residences offers sea view apartments with choice of private balcony, terrace, garden and private free parking . I liked everything. The view is incredible. The bed really comfortable.

Margherita este un hotel modern, situat la 250 de metri de plaja din Monterosso al Mare şi dotat cu un patio liniștit. Great breakfast. Very well appointed hotel room, clean and very comfortable.

Just 100 metres from Fegina Beach, Hotel Villa Adriana is set among palm trees. It offers a Ligurian restaurant, a pool, and classically furnished rooms with an LCD TV. Camerele sunt spațioase. Noi am ocupat una de tip family room, cu o suprafață foarte generoasă, plăcută și luminoasă. Personalul a fost amabil, am fost întâmpinați și îndrumați cu curtoazie atât la recepție cât și la restaurant, de fiecare dată. Micul dejun este gustos, serviciile ireproșabile. Parcarea este spațioasă. Curtea este foarte plăcut amenajată.

Albergo Suisse oferă vedere panoramică la litoralul zonei Cinque Terre și un serviciu gratuit de transfer frecvent la Monterosso, la 1 km. Great place , can’t believe it’s only 3* It’s one of those hotels high up and overlooking everything that makes you wonder what it’s like to stay there , and I can tell you it was great ! Free shuttle bus to deal with the hill down to town and back up ! I’d read somewhere that breakfast was only a croissant/cake affair , well it’s not , it’s a comprehensive hot and cold buffet that is most enjoyable .

Position was excellent. Beautiful view of the old town from the hotel. Sundowners perfect with a beautiful sunset over the bay.
