The hotel is not very big - which I personally like and has a perfect location - a bit far from the center of the city. You still can reach the center by 20-minute walk or with the help of the hotel shuttle. The room is small but has everything necessary for a stay. The breakfast is superb and has plenty of options. The main advantage is, of course, the stunning view! The staff was friendly and ready to help. They also arranged a free pick-up for us (we arrived by ferry). The area by the pool is nice and relaxing (though the pool is only 1.2m deep - but still ok).

It features air-conditioned accommodation, a tennis court and a 5-a-side football field. amazing view of the lake from our Jacuzzi, it was a really good size cabin, everything you could need to enjoy not only the site but the lake. an easy flat walk along the side of the lake, to numerous coffee places. There were loads of facilities, we didn't use them as we enjoyed walking by the lake and using our Jacuzzi. place was very clean and comfy, we would stay again.

This lakefront hotel is a 2-minute walk from the pier in Varenna. The historic 19th-century building features a terrace with panoramic views of Lake Como. Staff fabulous. Right next to ferry which was very handy and exciting at the same time. Very close to restaurant and town action also. Cutest little hotel and very comfortable. Delicious breakfast provided
