Situated within less than 1 km of Lighthouse Beach and 5.5 km of Daepo Port, SokCho Station Hostel features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Sokcho. Beds were comfortable and the room was fairly spacious. Ample locker space was available, and after-hours check-in instructions were super clear as well. Convenient location: bus stop to Seoraksan National Park was right outside, and it was a 10 min walk to the Sokcho market.

A recently renovated property, Sokcho Summitbay 1701 "Ocean View" is set in Sokcho near Lighthouse Beach, Sokcho Culture Center and Yeongnangho. The location was perfect!!! The view was extremely nice for this amount of money. Also, we did not see any staff because of the convenient self check-in, but the staff sent very kind messages and explained very well. The facilities in the room left nothing to wish for, everything you need is there. We had a perfect stay!

Situated within 5.3 km of Seorak Waterpia and 14 km of Daepo Port, Sono Felice Delpino features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sokcho. I travelled with my parents and sister. The 3 en-suite room accommodation was spacious, offering a great balance between privacy and family time.

Sokcho Hutte features air-conditioned guest accommodation in Sokcho, 1.1 km from Lighthouse Beach, 6 km from Daepo Port and 6.5 km from Seorak Waterpia. Great location, but when booking a bus make sure to check what terminal you are arriving/leaving at. Great host and great facilities.

Located in Gangneung, 35 km from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, The Beauty Hotel provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Perfect accomodation! Very nice staff, good breakfast. The room was simply amazing: large, clean and very comfortable.

Situated within 2 km of Sokcho Beach and 2.4 km of Daepo Port, Blue Door Hostel Guesthouse features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sokcho. The staff were very kind and helpful. They gave me a big city map and explained what places are worth visiting in the Seoraksan National Park and in Sokcho. I highly appreciate they helped me plan an onward bus journey to Andong. The bus stop for the National Park is 15 minutes away on foot, the express bus terminal for Seoul about the same, and the intercity bus terminal is a short bus ride away. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I booked a single, but received a double room - thank you! There was a large fridge and a freezer on every floor.

Set 2.4 km from Sokcho Expo Park, Sokcho & Guesthouse features rooms with air conditioning in Sokcho. The hostess is very hospitable and friendly. We truly loved her. Gave us a room with a separate bed because my daughter wanted it at the same price. All information regarding tours in the city provided, she even explained and suggested what to do.

Zio Pinetree is located on the beachfront in Yangyang, 1.6 km from Hajodae Beach and 22 km from Daepo Port. It over looked the ocean and everyone was wonderful. They provided shuttle services from 8-2am on Saturdays, but I didn’t get to make use of it. I will next Time

The House Hostel is located in Sokcho. Free WiFi access is available. The bus terminal is 5 minutes' walk away. Each room here will provide you with air conditioning. This was my very first hostel stay, and although I was initially hesitant when making the reservation, I was completely blown away upon arrival. The place is quaint, charming, and beautifully maintained. The owner was exceptionally warm and helpful. He immediately sat down with me, pulled out a map, and helped plan my itinerary, pointing out the best places to visit and how much time to spend at each. My room was cozy and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and a mini bar refrigerator—perfect for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was fully stocked with essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and even toothpaste, which was a thoughtful touch. What really impressed me was the extra convenience of having access to a secure locker outside the premises, even after I had checked out. That kind of attention to guest comfort is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hostel. It’s great value for money, and the experience exceeded all my expectations.

Situated in Gangneung, 28 km from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, Aark House features air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace. Everything was perfect. Facilities, stuff. Totally recomended.m
