The apartment itself was sparkling clean and new and we were grateful for the laundry facilities. Lots of space and a really big nice comfy bed. The kitchen was fantastic, had absolutely everthing you would need.

The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, adding to the sense of personalized boutique hospitality. A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. Highly recommended—I would gladly return.
