The location was by the beach with sliding room doors leading to a terrace down to the beach. The sunset/sunrise was amazing! We really appreciated the air conditioning and ample room for the family. They even had an outdoor shower.

Situated close to the historic centre of Lazaro Cardenas, the Baymont Inn & Suites Lazaro Cardenas offers a swimming pool, gym and free airport shuttle service. The functional rooms have free WiFi. Large room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent and good value.

Objekt Hotel Brisas de Verano s 4 zvjezdice smješten je uz plažu u gradu 'San Juan de Alima', a sadrži vanjski bazen, vrt i terasu. This is an out of the way, little family run hotel. We liked it for just that reason. It's right on the beach and there are opportunities to see Tortugas at night and possibly hatched babies working their way to the ocean. There is a small restaurant with a sufficient menu and plenty of beer. Unfortunately, it closes at 5:00 so be sure to plan ahead. The room was a very basic but clean Mexican style room. We had plenty of hot water which was nice.

City Express Lázaro Cárdenas has free Wi-Fi, a gym and free breakfast. Situated 10 minutes’ walk from Lázaro city centre and port, it offers free parking and free transport within 10 km. Breakfast was exceptional. Room service was good. Everything else was great!
