Seemed popular with groups celebrating birthdays etc. Live music was nice. My room was spacious and super comfortable. Restaurant downstairs offered a breakfast buffet and food was nice. I ate dinner one night and the ceviche was perfect, delicious soup and ribeye steak.

Close by to very nice restaurants and 2 blocks away from the beach front. Bathroom and shower are more updated than others we've stayed at. Room was spacious and great lighting. Beds where not too hard or soft and you definitely didn't feel the springs underneath. Check in was great... but you do have to be in contact because it is not self check in. Parking is not free and you do need to call ahead to verify how and where you can park. They do have the courtesy to have basic toiletries available. All in all it's a great place.

Even though it is located in a very busy boulevard, I had no problems with noise. The beds are OK and the number of pillows provided is good. The room is very spacious and it had a terrace (which I never figured out how to access). It has an OXXO just 100m away.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, Ananta Hotel & Spa is situated in Casitas. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Very nice place to lay low and rest. Everything is at hand, the pool, the beach, the restaurant. The weather was particularly nice. There were some other guests but it was not crowed and this is probably due the slightly secluded location of the hotel. A really nice and quite place, perfect for unplugging from daily life.
