Communication was clear. We had a few adjustments to our booking, and Charlotte accommodated our requests. The house was warmed up for us on arrival. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and overall, very welcoming. Our overnight stay was comfortable for our group of 8. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and host. Thank you, Charlotte.

Top notch. Owners very friendly. Lots of great places to eat & drink within 5 minute walk and super close to beach. Would definitely recommend.

This tiny house close to the harbour in Napier was a cosy place to stay with a friendly and helpful hostess who welcomed us in person despite our late arrival and on our day of departure gave us some great pointers on what to see in the vicinity of Napier (one in particular was indeed amazing, thanks again!). In the house there is (when entering, from left to right): a double bed to the left, a small table with chair and a kitchenette in the middle, the door to the bathroom (with toilet, sink and shower) and finally a closet to the right. It's small but very comfortable. There is free parking in the driveway which was great for us as we were traveling by car.

Pláž Hardinge Road Beach se nachází 2,7 km odtud a McLean Park 1,7 km.... We were met by the friendly host on our arrival who showed us to the studio apartment. We found everything was consistently tasteful, from the decor down to the cutlery. There was ample space for the two of us to work on our laptops, lots of light and a pleasant outlook. There's everything here to ensure a comfortable stay - milk in the fridge and a fab selection of teas, dimmable lighting, air conditioning, opening double glazed windows, quality linen and appliances. Loved the robe area where we could keep all of our stuff out of the way.

The food was phenomenal, the hospitality was warm and gracious, and the view was otherworldly. It has to be in the top 3 places we've ever stayed. You can tell they are hospitality veterans at this point, and we really couldn't be more impressed.

Her bakery skills are extremely professional , and we enjoy ourselves very much during breakfast. We got everything we needed and we had a great stay there. Thank you, Kitty.
