Communication was clear. We had a few adjustments to our booking, and Charlotte accommodated our requests. The house was warmed up for us on arrival. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and overall, very welcoming. Our overnight stay was comfortable for our group of 8. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and host. Thank you, Charlotte.

This was a good location for walking along the beach and catching the promenade, but a bit far from town. We walked and Ubered to the city center. The location was clean, bright and quiet, with comfy beds.

Esther and Tom have created a sublimely welcoming home away from home bed and breakfast where no stone was left unturned. From the fine bed and bath linens to the towel warmer to the home made curated daily tea cakes and banquet style breakfasts. You will want for nothing whilst being transferred back to a more genteel time of relaxing conversation with your hosts and other guests and relish in the time honored and valued traditions of fine living of a bygone era. The nightly evening turn down service w/chocolates accompanied by the silver tray of port wine was priceless. And all this a mere stones throw from the most exquisite historically preserved Deco town I can recall peppered w/wonderful restaurant choices. A most memorable visit!

This tiny house close to the harbour in Napier was a cosy place to stay with a friendly and helpful hostess who welcomed us in person despite our late arrival and on our day of departure gave us some great pointers on what to see in the vicinity of Napier (one in particular was indeed amazing, thanks again!). In the house there is (when entering, from left to right): a double bed to the left, a small table with chair and a kitchenette in the middle, the door to the bathroom (with toilet, sink and shower) and finally a closet to the right. It's small but very comfortable. There is free parking in the driveway which was great for us as we were traveling by car.

We found everything was consistently tasteful, from the decor down to the cutlery. There was ample space for the two of us to work on our laptops, lots of light and a pleasant outlook. There's everything here to ensure a comfortable stay - milk in the fridge and a fab selection of teas, dimmable lighting, air conditioning, opening double glazed windows, quality linen and appliances. Loved the robe area where we could keep all of our stuff out of the way.

They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is incredible and views from the property are outstanding.
