The staff was amazing especially Gelai, the duty manager and Joy, Morning Catch's outlet manager. I know that the biggest factor in someone's experience is the customer service and Discovery Samal"s staff went above and beyond to give me and my family a wonderful time! Thank you all!

Swissfinity Beach Resort ligger i Pangubatan og har en udendørs swimmingpool, have, et privat strandområde og restaurant. i like that it has a pool and an ocean with reefs very nice for snorkling ..and that the pool is only for check in guests so it will not get crowded .. and the food is 10/10

She took very good care of me in the short time I spent on Samal Island and encouraged me to try many activities. Had a great time snorkelling (sooo many corals and fishes!) and kayaking too. Also a great cook and gave many good recommendations for things to do at Samal Island. As someone who has never stepped foot on Philippines / Samal Island, I also appreciate the very detailed explanation that was given on how to get from Davao Airport to the resort prior to the trip.

The first room they offered us was beside a freshly painted room so the smell was kinda lingering on our room. But as we requested the owner to have us transferred, they were so considerate to change us to a more comfortable one. Staff were also attentive and nice. But we were just shocked about the 10PM curfew. I also love how they have complimentary breakfaat :)
