They also accommodated all our special requests (crib for baby, shuttle transport service for Alona Beach, Mist and Airport). The staff are all friendly and nice. It has been a memorable family trip!

I really like the staff they were so helpful especially the pool bar the bartender Michael and the staff Jose was such a nice company since we couldn’t go to the beach because of the weather he was so nice to entertain us he also offered to guide us to places since we didn’t know where to go and we felt safe as we were all girls we were not so sure about going out just us since we didn’t felt safe at all so when he offered we felt safe when he guided us to places so we enjoyed our Boracay trip because of Michael the hospitality on this hotel is the best they go beyond on what your gonna expect it was such a nice experience thank to Michael and Jose. I will seriously recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Situated on the coastline of Panglao Island, 6.6 km from Alona Beach and 10.4 km from Hinagdanan Cave, The Bellevue Resort boasts an outdoor infinity pool, a private beach area, and a complimentary... There was wide selection for breakfast, but catered for Filipino taste. It was all great, I would just like to suggest more selections of cereals and yoghurt. The staff were all great. They all deserve a very high remark. Each one was very warm, accommodating and was smiling (though with masks, we can see it in their eyes. Requests were right away responded and acted upon. Overall, it was perfect.

Very clean, good internet, beautiful pool and nice interior in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great. We told them we wanted to rent a motorbike and they got it delivered to the hotel, ready with 2 helmets at breakfast.

We don’t usually write reviews, but this stay absolutely deserved one. Meredith and Gerry were truly exceptional hosts who made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation itself was a dream—beautiful, cozy, and in the perfect location. We loved it so much that we actually came back just two weeks after our first visit! Meredith went above and beyond to help us with every request, always with a smile and such genuine care. Even when we had to switch to a different place for our final night (since they were fully booked), they still invited us to use the shared spaces and made us feel just as welcome. If you’re looking for a super cozy, laid-back place surrounded by the kindest people, Balay Kumbal is exactly where you want to be.
