A bottle of wine etc…Cleaning in the room is done every 2nd day which is nice

There was a misunderstanding regarding our room type upon check-in but the staff handled it well and sorted it out for us. Our (final) room was spacious with a view of the pool as stated in our booking. They also helped my husband organize a surprise birthday morning greeting with flowers and also a nice family dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The facilities were great and the food was fantastic too. Thank you for a memorable stay at Alcochete!

With a colourful and classic façade, as well as a modern interior décor, the 4-star Hotel da Baixa enjoys a prime location in Lisbon's historic downtown area. Amazing location in the heart of downtown. The staff could not do more to make us feel welcomed! From the front desk to the breakfast staff .really friendly and helpfull! The room with comfy beds and tasty decor, complementary beverages on the fridge... and coffee.. Perfect stay! Recomend 100%
