I am rating Sundy Praia and not Roça Sundy as we were offered an upgrade and stayed in the villas instead, which was a nice surprise. All was beyond perfect, the villas in the jungle and their private beach were absolutely stunning! Food was good too, place is calm and clean, and the staff, in particular the young men at the front desk will go the extra mile to make you feel home!

Roça Atalaia se nachází v destinaci Nova Estrela v oblasti Principe Island a nabízí terasu. Ubytování poskytuje zahradu a neplacené soukromé parkoviště. Obo National Park se nachází 10 km odtud. Amazing location! The view is the highlight. Principe Island is special and Atalaia helped us experience it in a unique way without the sterile resorts. The hosts are very responsive and will help with any arrangements and questions. You need to be independent, self sufficient and understand that this is an off-the-grid establishment with comfort limitations. Rain-water supply, solar power and difficult 4wd roads are part of the adventure. It has a fridge for cold beer though! I personally think you have to have your own 4wd car and have the skill to drive around the island. Arranging multiple trips to and from Atalaia would be impractical.

Residencial Mira Rio se nachází v destinaci Santo António a nabízí bar a výhled na město. 15 km od ubytování je Obo National Park. This is the best reasonable option in Santo Antonio. Beautiful location at riverfront of Rio Papagaio. Close to everywhere in the town. Super terrace where you eat breakfast and other meals and enjoy life and beautiful nature around. Rooms are on the same floor as restaurant (terrace), there is hot water available. Downstairs in the same building there is a small shop where you can buy some water, cookies and small staff. Breakfast: good omelette, fruits, bread, juice... Lunch: some samusa, meat rolls, omelette, and also cakes Dinner: Restaurant prepares also dinners, but you have to make your order in the morning (they have to buy enough food). Optionally you can walk to other restaurants around (within 10 minutes - very safe night walk). We enjoyed super tasty passion fruit muss. Definitely recommend to stay here. Staff can arrange guide for you - cascatas, praias, rocas, etc...

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Sundy Praia - Principe Collection offers accommodation in Santo António. This location is truly amazing, peaceful and beautifully set. Compared to Bom Bom, this place feels more private, exclusive, beautiful landscaping and the rooms are more luxurious. Our room was excellent setup, maintained and easily deserves a 10. There where a couple of very private beaches nearby on a 5 minute walk, worth a visit.

We found this amazing place on Booking and hesitated at first to book due to the location and incorrect old reviews - yes, it's a little further than most properties: but that just makes it better. I'm so incredible glad we stayed here. The location is beyond anything you can imagine, right on the edge of the national park but you feel in the middle of the forest. We made tapes of the sound because no one would otherwise believe you can hear so much animals! The massive tree in front has something of 'mother tree' in avatar and we spend hours just looking at in and all the live in and around it - its a world on itself - or on the bench in the front garden with a nice view on the ocean. The house looks brand new, is situated on a slope in a plantation garden (cacao, piment, vanilla and banana, fruits) and is recently totally renovated: perfect bed and mattress, rain shower, spotless and hyper clean well furnished rooms, a library, satellite tv (we had the view in front so did never use it), and all very warmly and beautiful decorated: you feel at home the moment you enter the door. It was also nice to have mosquito nets and protection everywhere - although we never saw much insects. It's crazy equipped, even a good working washing machine, charged flashlights, fans, a hammock with incredible view, cooler, all imaginable kitchen things, iron stuff... really all was available. The view on the forest from the big balcony is incredible, we did see all the typical and endemic birds, often the monkeys, flying bats eating the fruit from the mango and bread tree in front, parrots,... unbelievable to have this paradise in front. The beach is as beautiful as banana beach, but totally private and remote and just 10 minutes further on the road, snorkel there, the reef in front and around the rocky corner is crazy, sharks, turtle, manta (coral bleaching like all over but plenty of fish), you can also take a wooden cano and explore...
