They are genuinely concerned for their guests. Room is of good size (maybe a little tight for 2 persons). There are adequate power outlets to recharge devices. Air con is super strong. Convenience stores and night market are a few minutes walk from the property.

The manager, Ms. Somsong, is one of the kindest, warmest, most welcoming people I've ever encountered in my seven decades on this planet. The guest house is a three-minute walk from a large, modern mall with a huge grocery store and numerous modestly-priced eateries. And even at my slow pace, I could walk to the beach in less than ten minutes. We also used the laundry service and for a reasonable rate our clothes came back clean, fragrant and neatly folded. If ten stars is the top rating, this place gets eleven. It is highly recommended.
