The lobby with s’mores was so beautiful and all the people working were so helpful. We brunch only this time and the restaurant never disappoints. A shout out to Stephanie in the lounge, always makes us feel welcome.

The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Excellent communication. We felt comfortable and slept well - very important! The coffee bar was also great to have in the morning! Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back again!

A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

It was across the street from Nevada beach and it had some nice hiking trails that were covered by redwood trees. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was close to the swimming pool.
