Everything was just perfect. 1. The location just by the ocean with beautiful view to New York City. 2. It was really quick to get to Manhattan: 12 mins of bus and 25 mins of ferry. Additionally travelling by ferry gives you beautiful views and amazing experience for free. 3. The owner was really kind and helpful. There was no problem with booking one extra night even if that meant changing the room. 4. The price is outstanding - couldn’t find something as good and as cheap. 5. Breakfast included in the price was really good.

The cost is just perfect. 6 colleagues stayed for 3 nights. we did a lot of cooking & enjoyed the stay. beds and linens were super clean and so was the bathroom. The apattment is in basement, but doesn't matter really. There is heater and AC included. 24 hours of hot water. What else can i ask for in a city like NY. Host was super responsive , that was the best part.

The space is surprisingly roomy for a studio, beautifully kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was perfectgreat pressure and always warm when I needed it. The apartment also has both heat and AC, which made it easy to stay comfortable no matter the weather. Overall, it’s a cozy, quiet, and inviting spot that feels like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again!
