United KingdomWe loved the hospitality shown to us from the moment we arrived. The room provided the basics we required with a very comfortable bed. There is no heating for the colder nights so be sure to ask for extra blankets, which are available.
The views from the property are stunning and we saw herds of Bison and were lucky enough to see two Leopards resting on rocks above the tea plantation.
There is a good breakfast and evening meals are also available if you have no transport.
Great value and great customer service.
Thank you for making our stay in Ooty such a memorable one.

IndiaThe best part is their guidance right from the previous day of travel till our checkout was really heartwarming. The breakfast they have provided was homemade and very hygienic. The staffs were very courteous and for us all the time.
We, a frequent travelling family, have been is lot of stays but this one was really special. About the location, it's just a 2 min walk from the garden, but then very peaceful and calm. Parking space is ample. They have subscribed for all the language channels, so we were engaged with TV when we were at room.
On the whole my rating for this property is 5 start and counting..
Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.
