Very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The dinner in the pub was great. All in all awesome place to stay.

The parking in front of the house, the bus station near. The railway also near, you can walk from the accomodation. Nice owners, they recomend us what to Visit. Jummy english breakfast.

Loved the location and the history of the property. Loved the inside well at the base of the stairs. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Exceptional value for money, literally two minutes drive to the Eurotunnel terminal, a friendly welcome and an outstanding breakfast. I would stay again and recommend to anyone considering a stay here.

Matatagpuan sa Seaham at nasa 7 minutong lakad ng Seaham Beach, ang No.16 ay mayroon ng water sports facilities, mga non-smoking na kuwarto, at libreng WiFi. Location was just a short walk from the beach and close to lots of good restaurants and cafes. The beach is an excellent location for collecting sea glass. The room was superb, clean, warm (as we visited during Winter) with tea and coffee making facilities and an excellent rainfall shower. It is an unmanned hotel but the access instructions we received on the morning were easy to follow. I was able to communicate with the property via text when I had a question. Would thoroughly recommend this property.
