Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Very central, and comfortable to reach all the destinations, not far from train station, bus to Portovenere or Lerici around the corner.

It’s so convenient and best of all - no stairs that we need to manoeuvre with our heavy luggages from train to apt. The place is ~8 min walk from train station and a short distance away from old town and hiking trail. A stone throw away from the beach. Safe for lady to walk even in the night. The apt is clean. Comes with towels, toiletries and coffee as described. Owner is very responsive and gave clear instruction on how to get to apt. Highly recommend!
