Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Ubytování bylo super, pěkné prostory, hezká koupelna. Je to blízko nádraží, akorát s parkováním je trochu problém, ale chce to trpělivost a dá se to zvládnout. Hostitel je velmi milý a nápomocný. The owner family was friendly and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. We do not expect there is daily room cleaning service! The hotel is close to the train station (3 minutes by walk). Nearby areas is quiet at all times. It is a great base for hiking and travel to Cinque Terre. Highly recommended! 👍

A room was modern and clean, they had a very cute balcony were you can sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. There was a safe where you can leave your precious belongings. Very central, and comfortable to reach all the destinations, not far from train station, bus to Portovenere or Lerici around the corner.

It has a little fridge with water, tea, coffee, snacks. AC and wifi. Extremely well organized system how to get in. We were impressed and very pleased! Thank you very much!

Wonderful property, beautifully designed, heating system worked really well, great position if you are getting a train and also close to restaurant and the centre. Very welcoming and comfortable, highly recommended.

The accommodation was impeccably clean, quiet, and the location near the train station is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. Communication with the host was flawless, and what impressed me the most was her care and attention: when I wanted to stay an extra night and couldn’t extend the booking through the platform, she personally took care of everything and moved me to another place just as good, also close to the station. I truly felt that the host looked after my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If I return to La Spezia, I will definitely choose this place again.

The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.
