Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The room is very close to the train station, bars, restaurants and markets. It was possible to use the host parking by an additional charge of 20EUR

Stefania is a wonderful and service-minded host. Communication was very easy, and the room is close to the train station, perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. The room was very clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning and restocking of coffee, cakes, and bottled water in the fridge. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The room and host are absolutley superb! Super clean and spacious! I would stay again! The host was so friendly and took care so well of the room!

Barby 1 asub La Spezias, 800 meetri kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost ja 29 km kaugusel Carrara konverentsikeskusest. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. Everything was perfect, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed. Great communication with Laura. She was really reactive and so kind. The location was great, you walk 4 or 5mn to the train station. We absolutely recommend staying here!!! And will definitely come back if we come back to La Spezia.

Linnavaatega Affittacamere Saint Bon 15 - 5 Terre Rooms and Suites asub La Spezias, 700 meetri kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost ja 29 km kaugusel Carrara konverentsikeskusest. The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Self check-in was very easy, and communication with the host was efficient. The property is located close to the Giant statue in Monterosso, about 10 minutes from the train station and the beach, and the walk is easy with no uphill climb. The room was clean, had all the necessary amenities, plus coffee and sweets. Highly recommended!

Sooo close to the train station, the restaurants, perfect base to visit cinque terre! And the room is so nice and have a balcony, with a table to take breakfast or just relax, 10/10
