The room was spotless and modern, and the AC worked perfectly. The property is about a 7 min walk up to the old town and about 6 min walk from the train station. Very convenient.

I had such a pleasant stay at "B&B La Casa Di Walter"! Signora Cintzia was very kind and guided me step by step with the on-line check in.🤗 I had a very good room, modern and decorated in very good taste,with very good quality furniture. I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! I would like to come back ! Thank you,once again for your hospitality!

Helpful, open, smiling. The flat is beautifully decorated - with Moroccan accents. Being on a long trip it was a great convenience for me to have a washing machine in the flat. The breakfasts are very good. I will definitely be making tea at home like the one that was served in Loreto. The tea was do delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
