The comfort was sufficient, we felt good there. The sofa bed was comfortable and spacious. The equipment of the apartment (kitchen) is just right. With the window closed and the blinds drawn, nothing from the surroundings disturbed us. Grocery stores, subway, everything within reach. It is a few minutes to the center. I can't rate the accommodation provider, we haven't met them. But the contact persons were reachable and helpful.

First of all, the location was very good the building is right opposite the metro station and we could go wherever we wanted whenever we wanted. secondly, the apartment was very nice and comfortable, well furnished, everything was new, the kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a 5-day trip to Vienna. Furthermore, Sophie has provided us with information and tips and what to do in Vienna as well as around Vienna even before we arrived! Moreover, the hostesses, Sophie and her father were so nice and very helpful; they provided us with everything we needed whenever we needed it, very fast, especially since the first day I got sick in Vienna. I definitely recommend sophienne apartment for a stay in Vienna

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Nicely designed apartament, really an eye candy and a treat to those into interior design. Very comfy bed, everything that u might need available in the kitchen. Great location, step away grom Prater, so having an awesome view, yet very quiet. Breakfat is a la carte (u can choose only one option: different eggs, toasts, chia pudding) plus a limited variety buffet - its very good, but might not be best for those preffering multiple options and long breakfast celebrations. Rooftop terrace is really cute. Whole vibe is realaxed yet tasty.

Great location close to two tram stops, the suburban train and a supermarket. Really nice breakfast with a good variety to offer, 24hr coffee available and the staff were super friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. The room was massive and very clean, the bathroom convenient and clean and to get to the city center was so easy as there is a tram that goes straight to the city. I would stay at the other hotels in the chain in other cities as well as we had such a positive experience.
