PortugalWe arrived at Hostal Artistic B&B around 8 a.m., and Roberto was ready to welcome us. We were not expecting any reception, but he gentlemanly welcomed us, helped us carry our luggage, and offered us a bottle of water. He was extremely gentle and always ensured we were fine and comfortable.
We had a minor issue with the AC. It started to leak water, but the staff quickly solved it. We went out, and when we came back, everything was in place. They were all very helpful.
The Hostal is very well located, near everything. The beds were comfortable, and even though the pillows could be more comfortable, it was not an issue at all. Everything was super clean and felt new.
We loved the stay. We will definitely come back.
