Great hotel within a few minutes walk of Boscombe sea, restaurants and the O2 Academy. Room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was ideal. Having parking included was very convenient too. Will definitely stay here again.

The house itself was very beautiful on the outside and the inside. Very confortable bed and nice room. Duncan was very nice and he also give us a better room because we have the house for ourselves. The location was great, near the beach and the centre.

I rate the entire stay as excellent, Debbie is a wonderful person who really cares about the hotel's guests. The room was very clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent (you could eat enough for the whole day). The information on the nearest restaurants and attractions was also helpful. I hope I will definitely come back to this hotel.

    This holiday home is spacious, clean and homely. The hot tub was a great added bonus for us and we really enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and 1 child. It is close to the beach but far away enough for it to not be busy. You can hear the nightlife at night but that isn’t a problem for us, we quite like to hear the busyness. Close to local shops and take aways. We loved it.

    We stayed for 3 nights at this place. Honesty, we were very impressed overall. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The place itself was the cleanest of the many holiday homes we stayed at. Will definitely be coming back again.
