Great holiday home in a perfect location to explore Torquay and local sights. Walking distance to a lovely
sandy calm beach- perfect for my little one. Free parking right outside (for 2 cars) which is a bonus as it’s chargeable on the street. All amenities in the kitchen and big bathtub and bathroom with shower too. The host was fab and was really helpful- he provided a travel cot and high chair for us, and let us park for slightly longer on check out. Apps on the TV like Netflix. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

The location was ideal for what I needed - visiting friends in Shaldon and attending an event in Dartmouth. I cannot always cope with eating out and I really do not like hotels so this little studio fits the bill extremely well. I have booked again in August when my daughter and my grandchildren are in Torquay. I used to own a holiday home in Shaldon for many years so I know the area reasonably well.

The whole holiday home is decorated beautiful everything is a short journey away.. zoo town beach.. beautiful settings we watched the sun set of the cliff most nights. They have paid real attention to detail.

A lovely self catering holiday home. Really well furnished and much thought had gone into making sure every item you might need had been provided...I.e. washing up liquid/t-towels/kitchen towel/hairdryer etc. Also, some very nice welcome touches - a vase of daffodils and a nice picnic basket with coffee/tea/sugar/milk and local fudge and a large cookie.
The owners who live nearby were friendly and helpful.
