Spent most spare time in the perfectly temperate hot tub soaking in the midnight sun and the peace this place has. The homes were so clean and updated with full kitchen and large bathrooms. The hosts were so helpful and assisted us with travel plans during some bad weather to ensure we were safe in our activities and travel to other destinations. They are in a more remote section of Selfoss with a gravel driveway but this also makes for private and quiet place to sleep at night. We had a toyota yaris car and it handled the driveway just fine. There are many waterfalls within 30mins to 1 hour of this rental. The hosts are very helpful if you need them but otherwise will give you privacy.
