Two separate sleeping areas with sliding doors made for a great home from home for a few days. Easy to get to by direct train from Haneda airport. Would stay again.

To start with the staff, literally all of them are so nice, sweet, helpful and give great tips for traveling around Tokyo and the rest of Japan. Always welcome you with a smile and are ready for a nice conversation if you are open to it.
The hotel itself is at a great location at the back of the Tsukiji fish market. So many great restaurants at walking distance and everything is so fresh. All the fashion shops of all the big designer and watch brands in Ginza are a 15 minute walk away. What’s even better is that there are 3 different metro lines at between 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Perfect location!
The rooms then are big for the area. Nice design, very clean and neat, with everything you need for cooking or washing. Also because the hotel is not on the market itself there is barely any noise. Especially in the evening there is literally nobody outside!
Highly recommended!

United KingdomThe host was very accommodating, provides a pick up and drop off to train station on check in and out. Also provided food and snacks which was a lovely touch. The sheets were cleaned while we stayed and the host even did our laundry that we left in the washing machine which is above and beyond our expectations!! Very easy to contact host. The room is lovely for the location and price. Will miss this accommodation while on our travels!

We (family of five) had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The location was great, 8-minute walk to Ootsuka Station and a bit over 10 minutes to the lively Ikebukuro district. The house itself is spacious and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The key handover process was hassle-free. The only minor improvement would be having more cutlery and a dish towel for drying dishes. Overall, we highly recommend this place!
