The owner of the accommodation is very friendly and kind. They did a very good job about cleaning the room before we were given it. I saw that they were even washing the windows during the cleaning. This is the first time I have seen such a thing in an accommodation. There are five domestic cats. My favorite is "Tao" :) They are also very clean and healthy. I love cats. Seeing them like this gave me a good vibe about the friendship of the owner and the cleanness of the accommodation. We asked a couple of questions about local restaurants and bazaars. Their recommendations were very accurate. There are good restaurants about northern cuisine nearby. The breakfast was delicious. They asked us which type of breakfast we would like to have in the evening before next morning. The room was perfect. It really felt like home. The facilities in the room were in great condition.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room, ok bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was tasty even though it was a bit limited in variety. The hosts were nice and friendly. This is my second visit to Chiang Rai and I would definitely recommend the place.

Located in quiet neighbourhood. Very good sleep at night. Got 4 bathrooms for the suite which is more than enough to use. Extremely recommend for family and group travellers. Just about 15mins walk from saturday night market. Host is very nice, we were arriving late at 11pm and received warm welcome from her. Breakfast is included.

Moo is so helpful, she helped arrange everything,like transportation, day tour, the breakfast was good, too. Kids can enjoy the pool and rabbits. We really enjoyed staying here.

We loved it! A very cute room that was just perfect for a few days in Chiang Mai. It gives you a real feel of what it's like to live like a local. The owner is also fantastic at helping give directions to get to the location (which is not far from city center, about a 20min walk). She also let us rent her bikes!

The beds are European style soft and comfortable unlike many other properties in Asia. This style of mattress is a unique find and a very good investment from the owner; on par with many 5 star hotels. It was like I was sleeping at home for a night. Vast and deep sleep. The shower was powerful and hot, again like home. Nice bathtub too! Thank you for this attention to the basics that matter.

    The staffs were so kind, the breakfast was amazing and we could rent bikes so we can cruze around tbe village. Also, the bed and bedding sheets were so clean like a hotel. We were amazed how affordable price can provide us more than enough. The pasta they cooked for us at night was great. The area is so local that we were feeling nice and calm.     We spent only two nights to explore Chiang Rai! This accommodation was ideal, providing everything we required. The air conditioning was excellent, and there were tours available for booking. They helped us book the day tour to explore the White temple, Blue temple, Long neck village etc., and it was amazing! We would have extended our stay if we hadn't already booked a flight. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
