GREAT Location near the tropical forest preserves and the Sarapiqui River, right near the Best Chocolate Farm, where we also took a night hike, and just down the road from Aventuras del Sarapiqui (excellent whitewater rafting). It's a private house off the main road and I was worried about dogs barking as mentioned in some other reviews, but it was not a problem at all. It's a split level with two separate sleeping spaces, king bed in upstairs room and queen bed in the downstairs room, each having their own bathroom with showers. The main kitchen/dining area was great for preparing easy meals: rice and beans for dinners and fried egg sandwiches for breakfast. And best of all is our host, Maria who has been SO accommodating and friendly. We just message each other through WhatsApp (I use Google Translate to convert from her Spanish to my English). It's not a luxury hotel but instead a very artistically decorated two bedroom apartment and I highly recommend.

Ample room for the entire family. Lots of room for the kids to play with their toys. Really clean and comfortable. Tomás is extremely helpful and responsive. The breakfast!! Delicious. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know visiting La Paz.

The house has tons of charme and the property is incredible. We highly recommend the breakfast - it's delicious and you can choose if you would like to eat in the dining room of the farm house or outside in the garden. They also provide yoga mats to use in the garden.

Wendy’s place is incredible, a beautiful house, private and surrounded by nature. The nights were with perfect temperature and you sleep with the sound of nature, something we needed to get accustomed with. But we had the best sleep for 4 nights! We booked the full experience with breakfast and dinners brought dearly by Wendy’s mom, who was a bit like our mom too. If you speak a bit of spanish, this will stay as your favorite memory of the house, like for us. The waterfall of the neighbour’s property is also superb and had it just for us, is bigger than it looks on photos! We also saw some toucans from the balcony and hummingbirds. A little paradise we recommend to everyone.

Amazing peaceful place to stay less than 10 minutes from the hubbub of heredia, less than 25 minutes to airport - Incredibly friendly and welcoming family. I will stay no other place on my return trips to San Jose

Casa del Café - Loft se nachází v destinaci Heredia a nabízí terasu. Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto se nachází 13 km odtud, Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica 13 km a Parque Diversiones 13 km. We just stayed one night on our way from the caribean side to Monteverde and did not expect to stay in such an exceptional accomodation. The owners were very welcoming, served a tasty healthy breakfast personally in their beautiful villa with so much history. We spent a wonderful morning in the lovely big garden with many birds and their nice and well educated dogs. We can recommend this very special amiable apartments.

KAPALIZ se nachází v destinaci Tigre a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na hory. Estación Biológica La Selva se nachází 2,4 km odtud. Honestly it was a complete apartment with everything!. It had a kitchen with oil and salt which is essential for cooking your own meals. It had a laundry room which I didn't use but it was nice to have that option. The normal size fridge and the AC was a blessing with all the heat in CR. The bathroom was excellent. There was even an office desk and a dinner table, it was perfect!. And besides all of that 4 beds and I could park the car next door. It was very comfortable to stay here, very much recommend! The area around was beautiful and so peaceful.
