Direct in-house access to the Lotte mall - with its useful shops / supermarket / food court is a bonus. In-house spa was get pleasant and good value.

They whole team were really helpful! From the front door, reception, the housekeeping team and all the staffs! Location is wonderful.

Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. The owner, Felicia, was awesome. She was so quick with answering any questions and also let us check out late, as we had a late flight. I stayed with my parents, and the place is amazing. It is very clean and has all the amenities. There are ACs in each room, which is a big plus. My parents just loved the place and they were happy with their stay. Totally recommend this place and I will be back for my next visit to Jakarta.
