I had one of the best hotel experiences ever. All the staff in this hotel are so friendly and always smiling. I arrived early, and they had my room ready and to top it off, they upgraded my room! This was a total surprise! The location is also perfect as it is linked to the Lotte mall.

Located 3 km from Plaza Indonesia shopping centre, Fraser Residence Sudirman Jakarta features an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. A kids' pool and playground are also available. Excellent service. They whole team were really helpful! From the front door, reception, the housekeeping team and all the staffs! Location is wonderful.

Located in the Mega Kuningan business district, Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta features an outdoor pool with city view and a gym. I really enjoyed the variety and traditional food and the staff was really kind. Like the food and the service the room was clean

The owner, Felicia, was awesome. She was so quick with answering any questions and also let us check out late, as we had a late flight. I stayed with my parents, and the place is amazing. It is very clean and has all the amenities. There are ACs in each room, which is a big plus. My parents just loved the place and they were happy with their stay. Totally recommend this place and I will be back for my next visit to Jakarta.
