It is a whole house, very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and there are two bathrooms, which made our stay especially comfortable. Outside, there is a spacious lawn with barbecue facilities, perfect for relaxing. The overall style of the house is modern, tasteful, and very well maintained. The caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient with small shops close by. The beaches are about 30 minutes away by car, which was easy and manageable. Overall, an excellent place to stay. We would gladly return and can highly recommend it.

We had a good stay in Lucia's Place. Even if it was a last-minute booking, they accommodated us without any hassle. The place was clean, and for the rate we paid, it definitely exceeded expectations. The bathroom was especially nice and well-maintained. the kitchen is separate from the room, but that wasn't a problem for us at all. We also requested a late check-out, and even with another guest scheduled to come in, they were kind enough to accommodate our request. Overall, a great value and a pleasant experience.

We really love how homey and welcoming this place feel, everything is so well kept and tidy. We never felt bored because every room was packed with entertainment like board games, classic DVD movies, and books that kept us happily entertained the whole time, specially when the weather is not so favorable outside. The owner and caretaker were approachable is just one message away whenever we had any concerns or needed assistance.

The restaurant was surprisingly good, the tapa and the sugba items were particularly enjoyable for eating by the sea but they also had a diverse menu. The staff were really friendly, they helped us out when we pulled up onto the property with a flat tire. The room was huge. They have sunset music and a live singer on saturdays. The pool is clean and we had it to ourselves most of the day. Many of the other guests emerged closer to sunset. The beach is wide and clean. It's a brown sand beach but the architecture of the resort suits it quite well. We had a relaxing weekend and will return, maybe on a weekday so we feel like we have the place to ourselves.
