We were amazed by wireless charging and modern bluetooth speaker units (also included in the mirror of the bathroom) - owner's advice on where this modern unit can be bought will be highly appreciated :). Cozy bed, fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff and perfect location for a tourist or anybody who wants to use public transportation instead of renting a car. Every transport is close to the hotel - Metro, S-Bahn and bus.
We will definitely visit Rioca again!!

AustriaEverything was great. Easy to reach location, well equipped, impeccably clean. It’s in a green and fairly quiet neighbourhood, there are several restaurants and bakeries around. There’s also a grocery store in the building. The air conditioning is working well, though we did bot need to use it after a while, the weather cooled down.

Excellent location- very close to Karlsplatz for public transport and also day tours. Short walk into old town as well. Restaurants and bars very close by.
Very clean and comfortable- The bed and pillows were amazing, the room and ensuite are spacious, excellent LED mirror for makeup.
Bar and breakfast options available too but we didn’t take advantage of this.

The place is absolutely spotless and the staff are attentive and helpful. The Base has the makomgs of a brilliant hotel and with just a few little.changes it could be a so much better. The location isn't amazing, it's a few miles from the centre of town. That being said, Valentino was very helpful ordering us taxis and giving us local tips on where to stop for a cheaper fair etc. I can't fault the staff, friendly polite and courteous evweytime we spoke.

The hotel has excellent location - only 7m walking distance from the bus station and about 12min to the central train station. Ideal for people who need to catch an early bus/train/flight.
The hotel was very clean, the room and the bathroom huge.
Also there were pool and sauna available (which we didn't use).
We were allowed to checked in even earlier than the official check in which was great!

Perfect location, very close to the main train station and a scenic walk to other key parts of the city. It was all very clean - I had a single room and shared bathroom facilities and these were always very clean and tidy, could not fault. The breakfast was also pretty good for pretty cheap so no qualms there.

Ideal location for me, with a Ubahn station nearby and family living just one stop away. Easy access to city centre too. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The room was great, very clean and tidy with a small balcony overlooking the garden. Appreciated the large bottle of water, replenished every day. Thoughtful design, especially the bathroom, and I loved the mini kitchen.
