We were greeted personally by Leila, the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was willing to help arrange transfers, if needed, and even gave local tips that were better than any travel blog. Service throughout the stay felt personal but never intrusive.
Room & Amenities:
We stayed in a Lifestyle Suite with a private, heated pool,and honestly, we barely wanted to leave it. The design was minimal but elegant, with modern lighting, blackout curtains, and a huge, comfy bed. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. Wi-Fi was strong, the room was soundproof, and we appreciated the Nespresso machine and stocked mini fridge.
Breakfast:
Each morning, breakfast was brought to our terrace, and it was a real highlight. Greek yogurt with honey, French toast, omelets, fresh juice—the quality was excellent and it felt like our own private café overlooking the hills.
Location:
It’s not on the caldera, which was a plus for us. It’s quiet, and we avoided the crowds in Oia and Fira. A rental car is recommended, but it’s only 10 minutes to Fira, and the airport is super close. There’s a bus stop nearby too, though we didn’t use it.

The city center closed to it as excellent typicall Greek restaurants with normal restaurant prices .
Please rent a car for the drive around.

Christina is the prefect host! I got fantastic recommendations, quick responses and was left to my own privacy as and when was needed. Everything that I required for my stay was available to me. To Spitaki Sas is brand new and in pristine condition - a real luxury to stay in. The location is ideal for everything I needed and really easy to find. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone interested in staying here! There were no faults; I had such a wonderful time and hope I'm able to visit again very soon!

Super helpfull and friendly staff 😉 Rooms very clean and very good standard of rooms. Bus stop to any location just next to the hotel. It's the perfect place to explore the island. Highly recomended!

Panos was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. In fact all staff we met were lovely. The apartment was beautiful, brand new, spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. Fabulous jacuzzi and large terrace area. Good location with transfers easily arranged and good value. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Lovely and clean, very modern facilities and the staff went out of their way to help. The location is nice, quieter that Fira but the bus routes are good and cheap.

Ideally located in the centre of Santorini, walking distance from the local village, as well as easy access to the hot spots. Our room was spotless and our host Irena went above and beyond with recommendations for things to do, booking car rental and taxis. Breakfast in our room every morning was an additional treat we very much enjoyed. Overall great stay, would highly recommend!
