Excellent location and great value for staying in Perissa amd enjoying the Black Beach area of Santorini. The rooms are at the back of the beach-front restaurant Ramaya. We arrived a bit early but Vasilis, who owns and runs the restaurant and the hotel/suites, told us he would do his best to check us in as soon as the room was available. In the meantime we were able to drop our bags and enjoy a bit of the area by chilling at the sunbeds right at the Black Beach. These are free for guests during their stay, so a huge plus, especially considering guests also get a discount when ordering from Ramaya, the restaurant. Our room was simple but fairly new. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a mini-fridge (loaded with water and some welcome treats). The bathroom was also new and spacious. We also had a small patio area with a table and a rack to hang (wet) clothes. The breakfast is served at Ramaya, so we were able to sit at the tables by the beach, which was very nice (since it was end of September, it wasn't too hot around 10am). The portions were extremely generous and Vasilis went above and beyond to make sure we were well served. Overall, great value if you want to explore Perissa area. Very different from what you will find in Fira or Oia, but definitely worth a visit. (PS. EVERYTHING!!!!! We are retired and have travelled the world extensively. We know when a hotel is not up to expectations (and have walked out of a couple after just a few hours). This place was exceptional. I just reread the past comments - accept what all the good ones say at face value because they reflect our experience there. Irini was exceptional on the front desk and Elizabeth, who cleaned our room every day, was exceptional! When I read each negative review I wondered if they are referring to a different hotel. If those people were expecting a $500 a night experience they should have stayed in a $500 a night hotel - there are lots to choose from on the island. Having a rental car I found there was always a parking space to return to without having the negotiate the narrow streets of the inner town. My wife’s main criteria is a comfortable bed and a clean room and environment. Mohitero got 5/5 on both. We really enjoyed the gardens and the birds and the peace and quiet. We would have no hesitation returning. It was a nice place to come “home” to after a busy day. The pictures on Booking reflect what was saw while there.

Our stay in Santorini was quite short, but Antonia Apartments helped to make the best of it. The manger gave us a really warm welcome and provided very detailed information about the island. Their day tour exceeded all our expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone who's as short on time as we were. They also offer transfers from the port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, which definitely made our lives much easier. All in all a very exceptional service that made us feel like home. The hotel is a fantastic place. It is located really close to the center of Fira as well as the bus station. It is very cozy and clean. The breakfast was amazing. What we enjoyed the most was the staff - from the ladies at reception to the lady preparing the breakfast. They really made our trip special as they know the island very well and told us where to go and what to do. I recommend this place 100% - great hotel, great staff, great location!!! I can honestly say that this was the best stay that I ever had in Greece(and I have been to Greece more than 20 times).

I know that design is not important for some people but for us it’s significant as well, that’s why we really loved Roula Villa: the interior is so pretty.
