GermanyIt was amazing!!! Where should I start? The staff was always polite, welcoming and willing to help. Every "personal touch" counts and this stay I had a filling, that everyone knows me and my family and everyone cares.
The breakfast is just over all the ratings and score, it blows the competition off with 20 out of 10: so many different options, so tasty and fresh, so nice on the presentation. I've been to many hotels and I saw such level of dishes only one more time.
The room is very clean and well functioning. Unfortunately the view was a bit blocked with the wardrobe, but the sunrise every morning from the "first row" compensated everything else. All in all the size of the room is mentioned during the booking as well as missing balcony. I consider it my own fault, but keep an eye on the details of the booking :)
The pool is great and it this time I reconsider my love for swimming the sea. The sea was not that clean and one day after the thunderstorm the dirty water from the city got directly into the sea. So the pool was a life-saver :) There are certain rules to NOT use any children toys in the pool which makes sense to me, but very sad to my kid. Every evening the pool was cleaned by the automated robot with additional check by the person the next morning before the open.
There are huge amount of restaurants around for every taste and wallet. You can also take food for a takeout and use promenade as your dining room.
Talking about the promenade and the night life (you don't have one with the kid): it would be extremely noise next to the main street alone the sea beach BUT the windows are REALLY isolating all the noise. You will enjoy your quietness if you would like to spend nights sleeping.
I don't have enough words to tell more about how all of us enjoyed this hotel and our vacation. I would definitely go there again and recommend to my friends. Hopefully the price will stay affordable as it was this time.

After many travels in Italy, I can confirm that this is the most spotless hotel I have ever seen. Location is perfect in Rimini, the staff is super helpful. Cheap (5€ / day) parking spot provided nearby.

There was a wide variety for the breakfast buffet, which was slightly different each day. The hotel was very clean and ideal location. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop pool too. Staff were very accommodating and paid attention to small details.

Seamless check-in process with relaxed and friendly staff. Spotless rooms with beautiful sheets, cleaning was thorough and not disruptive. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of charcuterie and pastry options, and the coffee was exceptional. Location was ideal, with an abundance of fantastic restaurants across the road. Great value for money, we had a wonderful stay.

Arrived late into Rimini and booked this hotel for location Train Station and beach. Great budget hotel and perfect for a night or two. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the morning.
