From the moment I arrived, the landlady went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—she genuinely goes out of her way to help with anything you might need. Her warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience feel incredibly welcoming.
The guesthouse is comfortable, clean, affordable, and high quality, with all the amenities you could want. It’s located on a peaceful, tucked-away street that still offers excellent connections to the main roads, making it easy to get around. Access to Bangtao, Thalang, and Cherngtalay is quick and convenient, which was a huge plus.
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great area with great amenities. I’d happily recommend MBB House Guesthouse to anyone looking for a relaxed, well-placed, and great-value place to stay.

South AfricaI loved everything at Lalynn Resort and Villas. It was a home away from home with the most friendliest staff. I forgot the gentleman’s name that always greeted us for breakfast, told us about the weather and asked about our plans. The staff are willing to go the extra mile and always make everything hassle free. Getting to swim in the lovely pool after a day of activities was rewarding. I loved the room we had as well and the tv! I got a massage on my last day before leaving, it was completely amazing and their prices are really good. The restaurant is also great, very great meals at an affordable price. I will be returning!

Everything was very clean and the owners were lovely with us. We rented a motorbike with them and it was super new! Also, the location is very good, close to the airport. There is a night market 2 min walk from the hotel and we found it really nice, also some nice beaches but you need a motorbike to get to them as they are at least 15 min away.

The room was very clean , comfortable, the owner is an amazing person very helpful and kind to me . Location is pretty good, 10 min walking to the beach and 15 min walking to the airport. I definitely recommend this place .

If you are not renting vehicle and want to experience their transportation, this place is the best location for that. They are near the Smart Bus stop that is going to stop in all beaches. I experienced bus, in-drive and bolt. All are convenient and inexpensive. I also like that they clean my room everyday and refill my water every time I consumed it. Must try their prawn pad thai, it delicious. They are also near in 7-11, laundry shop, restaurant with live band at night.
