Family run guesthouse with an amazing chef, the lamb was definitely a winner for us. The rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful views of the mountain and the guesthouse is not directly on the main road which I really liked. The dining area is cozy and welcoming.

We really appreciated the last minute confirmed booking. After hiking from Theth we searched for this guesthouse for a while, but luckily very nice and kind neighbours live there and showed us the right house. Our host didn't speak English and Google translate into Albanian didn't work well either. So there was a language barrier but it was fun. Our host called his daughter, who speaks very good English, so we worked out what we needed. We were lucky to be able to stay at this guesthouse because our hosts looked after us so nicely and we really appreciated their hospitality. We really enjoyed delicious dinner and breakfast as we sat on the balcony and watched the beautiful mountain scenery and pets running around in the backyard.

The hotel and restaurant is situated by the river. The landscape design is really nice. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners and staff are all very helpful. We stayed with our two kids in the biggest room type I guess. The heater was working perfect. They serve fresh milk, fresh eggs for the breakfast, it was lovely. We really enjoyed our weekend in Valbona and were lucky that we booked in Valbona Relax.

Everything was fantastic, it exceeded our expectations! What you see posted here you will see it for real! Such a cozy environment outside and inside. We had booked a family room for 2 nights and they were so kind to upgrade us to 2 other rooms because of some construction work they were doing. The rooms are modern, fully equipped with everything you need, with smart tv and a jacuzzi. The food was a 10 out of 10, so delicious! Prices very reasonable! They also have a play area where my daughter enjoyed playing, beautiful garden with flowers and fruits. The staff was really kind and friendly. The river is less than 10 min walk, you can go for a dive. The views breathtaking!

The room was clean. Enough hot water, place outside to chill with warm blankets and a place to fill clean water. But the most exciting jam about this place is Rita the owner. She welcomed us very nicely, we are picky eaters so we brought our own pasta and she kindly cooked it for us very tasty. Moreover, the breakfast was good and the fruits and vegetables were fresh. She helped us a lot with different things. She gave us and helped us with everything we needed. Close to start of the trail to Theth. If we come again to Valbone, we will sure stay there again.

The place, the people, the food and the environment - it all exceeded our expectations.
