It's been a while since we've been to the coast and I'm glad we stayed at the Encore. The receptionist was fantastic, informative and helped us with parking. The room was super clean, spacious and inviting. We felt safe. We had enough towels and pool towels for our stay, there were extra pillows if we needed them - which seems small but really makes all the difference. The pool, spa and sauna were gorgeous and a family favourite. There was construction across the road but we heard none of it. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for taking such great care of my family!

Firstly, you can’t get past how stunning this place is. The property is well maintained and our room was extremely clean. The location is also fantastic, walking distance to Burleigh and a short drive from everywhere else. The staff were friendly and helpful. On our first night there was a a salsa event which was so fun! The pool is one of the best I have experienced. The vibes are just all round amazing here.

Had an awesome stay at Bounce! 🙌 The place is super clean, well-kept, and the facilities are spot on, definitely some of the best standards I’ve seen in a hostel. There’s a really friendly vibe here, everyone gets along and it just makes it so easy to meet people and feel at home. The staff are next-level, not just friendly but genuinely helpful and accommodating. Big shoutout to Nail and Sharlene, after chatting with them I actually decided to switch over to the long-term options, and I’m so glad I did. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that’s clean, social, and run by a great team, Bounce is the way to go! 🎉
