To say that the Petit Bomal team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable would be an understatement. They were all kind and attentive, provided all the necessary information beforehand, and were always happy to help whenever we needed it. We particularly loved the beautiful and calm location, the wonderful breakfast and the opportunity to pet the animals around the farm (the latter was a huge experience for our daughter).

From arrival we were greeted with friendly staff who couldn’t help us more if they tried! They were so accommodating and let us check in 1hr early. The food was absolutely fantastic and delicious and the speed of service was incredible and staff were attentive yet laid back all the time! The staff were fluent in English, French and Belgiun which was very helpful! We went for a walk from the hotel doorstep which was beautiful and a nice distance to walk as a family. We were super lucky to experience the snow fall too so as we wanted time to play with our daughter in the snow in the morning they kindly let us check out 1hr late also. We’d love to revisit if the opportunity came up!

We had no good wether to go out, the hotel offered us a meeting room free for our group to stay and entrain so that we still enjoyed our trip. It was very nice. Thanks for it.

You can find practically everything you might need during your stay — it’s really well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The host was exceptionally friendly, responding to messages very quickly and providing all the necessary information in advance, including clear instructions on how to access the apartment, parking details, and taxi options.

The staff were very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, elegant and newly renovated. Breakfast was very nice, and so was dinner.
