Great little studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are also so incredibly kind, and even drove me to the train station when my pre-planned transport fell through. They really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Incredible views of the lake as well!

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Le Hameau du Montchervet is a guest house situated in a historic building in Puidoux, 15 km from Lausanne Railway Station. Quiet place at the same time close to civilization. The host is very attentive to details.

Set in Etoy, 24 km from Lausanne Railway Station, Afterwork Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Clever swivel TV in our JR Suite. Breakfast was delicious, although the welcome mixed vegetables were cold. (We wished there had been a guest microwave available for warming them.)

Set in Les Diablerets, within 37 km of Musée National Suisse de l'audiovisuel, Chambre d'hôtes L'ours Bleu is an accommodation offering quiet street views. The hosts were extremely welcoming, I've never experienced anything like it. It felt like you were staying in your own chalet with friends and family and they offered freshly cooked meals and breakfast. If you are a couple planning a few quiet days in the Swiss mountains, this is definitely the place to go, no doubt about it!
