Honestly, this is an excellent hotel. It is very well located, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We stayed for two nights at the beginning of our trip, and later, when we returned to Puerto Varas, we decided to change our hotel and come back here again. The second time, the room we got had a bathroom that was not as nice as the first one, so I would just recommend keeping all bathrooms as beautiful as the others, because the rooms themselves are lovely and the whole house is very cozy and comfortable. The attention from the staff is excellent, and the breakfast is really good, very punctual and with great variety. I especially want to highlight Sue from the staff. On our last day, we had an early morning flight and had to leave before breakfast time, and she kindly offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast bag for us. I truly recommend this hotel. The service is exceptional!

This place is an absolute gem from the quality of the staff, adherence to the historical character of the building and the finishes and traditional touches throughout. A special shout out to the amazing and always smiling staff, in particular Ivonne and front desk personnel. The breakfast and all meals were fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Chile to date. If you have the opportunity to be in this area, be sure to choose Casa Werner.

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Big room with an absolutely huge and very comfortable bed in a great area. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast featuring a huge plate of fruit every day. Karen, the host, was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information on how to get around. We really enjoyed it here

Great apartment where i stayed with my bicycle before starting my Patagonia cycling adventure. The man that works at the apartments was very helpful, recommending places to go to shop and eat. There are convenience stores right outside the apartment and a good restaurant down the hill a 5 min walk away. I would recommend staying here.
