The location is a bit out of the way from the touristy area, a 40 minute walk, but we liked that. Its very close to a nice park for morning exercises, transport options pass the front door and there are convience stores, supermarket and eateries within a 5 minute walk. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is fantastic kept us going most of the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful and went over and above all expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

The hotel is very clean, everywhere smells nice. The rooms are quite large. Our room had no window, inspite of windows opened onto corridor the room was airy. Because the hotel's walls are not standart concrete walls, as if the whole hotel is breathing. The staff is helpful, some of them speaks english(a little). The breakfast is perfect and perfect, very fresh and satisfying. Location is very safe, the nearest metro station is 1,2-1,5 km away from hotel.

The reception staff were outstanding and super friendly, nice, and helpful. We stayed in room 302 which we found wonderful. Bed was large and comfortable. The television functions (but no free Netflix so you must have your own account). The installation of Alexa to request lights on/off, AC on/off, blinds open/close etc was next-level and really convenient. The windows are soundproofed which gave us an excellent sleep each night. There is a small electric kettle but no coffee maker in the room. Shower is strong pressure and lovely hot water. We did not have breakfast included so I cant comment on that option, but the dining room downstairs is really nice and looks out on to the street. The location of the hotel was perfect for us - near the quieter section of Poblado but a couple blocks away so not much noise to contend with. The entry to the room is via an app which we liked not dealing with keys but you must find your phone and log-in each time to get into your room. All in all this hotel stay was perfect and I can highly recommend it!!
