We were welcomed by a friendly smile and our room was great! Bed was comfortable, hot water was perfect, and the inclusion of a small fridge and kettle were very helpful with saving a bit of money on breakfasts. Location is great - easy walk to the docks and close by to Concha for snorkelling. They offer all the most popular Isabela tours, and the prices they quoted us were much better than what we’d already pre-paid on Santa Cruz. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

There is Starlink WiFi which works (if you consider that you are on Isabela) pretty well. Also there is a nice common used area with water, coffee and a fridge. We loved our stay and recommend Black Pearl to everyone.

The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable, with a pool, quiet surroundings, and a very cozy room. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was Diego, the hotel manager. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged. He helped us organize tours, laundry, and everything we needed, always with a smile and great energy. Thanks to him, our stay was fantastic.

This is a spacious and clean apartment with well equipped facilities. The property owner/manager, Jenny is very professional and accommodating.

The place is always perfectly clean and fresh. The beds and pillows were by far one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in after several months of travelling. The AC worked great in the room. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Towels were changed every 2 days. Room was made every day. Key is provided for the room and the front door. The location is quiet and about 10 minutes walking to the centre or port. The host is always around to answer questions and provide recommendations. Also big plus was the snorkel gear provided free of charge (Cressi brand too!) Would stay here again!

Beautiful location down a quaint alleyway and right on the beach. So clean! Big breakfast buffet brought to your room when you want it there. Would definitely stay again. Best place on island! Lovely staff.
