Hotel is in very convenient location, modern, very clean, breakfast was super. But I would like to highlight the great stuff hotel has. We experienced the Spanish blackout there and couldn't leave as our car was blocked in the garage, they were super nice, took care about us, provided amazing hospitality and made our stay from disaster to very pleasant day. Thanks to all for such great treatment and kindness. I strongly recommend this hotel, they are truly focused on customers and their experience there.

Coming off the Camino and into this oasis of calm was very special. Loved my stay. Room was spectacular, as was the view. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. Shoutout to Sebastian, so helpful and kind, my Spanish is pitiful but it didn’t matter.

My only complaint would be they set the bar too high! I stayed here on my second night of this trip and have been thinking of it every day since. The dinner was a spectacular bargain, 11 euro for a bottle of wine, appetizer (I think I had soup), main (there was a choice of beef cheek or pork cutlet with potatoes--to be honest I which I'd gotten the beef but the pork was also good, and dessert--i had basque cheesecake. Breakfast was also a great bargain with eggs, ham, bread, coffee and a piece of cake for 5 euro. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view and was a good temperature.

Albergue Guiana se nachází v samém srdci historického centra Ponferrady, pouhé 2 minuty chůze od Templářského hradu, baziliky Encina a muzea Bierzo y de la Radio. Excellent! One of the best places we saw in 40 nights on the Camino.

Hospederia Pax is within 800 metres of León Cathedral, San Isodoro Church and the adjancent Pantheon of the Kings of León. The room was very clean, large, comfortable, quiet, with minifridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I went sick during the Camino and booked this place to rest for some days while taking medicine. I couldn’t asked for a better place to feel relaxed and allow my body to recover. Everything is perfect.
