Boasting a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, The Halyard Liverpool, Vignette Collection by IHG is situated in the centre of Liverpool, less than 1 km from Philharmonic Hall. We had a great stay at The Halyard. The hotel is in an excellent position to explore Liverpool, it's a nice walk down to the centre of town plus the Dock area. Also close by are both cathedrals, The Baltic Triangle and Chinatown, as well as Lime Street and Liverpool Central train stations. The rooms were comfortable, and very quiet at night. They also provided a good selection of teas, coffee and some biscuits - I only wish I had the time to use these even more, as we were mostly out and about. The staff were very service-minded and attentive to our needs, helping us with tips and answering our questions. There was a very nice atmosphere all around the hotel, in the reception, bar and breakfast/restaurant area. The breakfast was excellent, with good quality products. Very nice to be served the main part of breakfast, with different choices and possibilities to subtract or add/mix according to personal preferences.
