Reception team were so friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Clean and well decorated. Comfy bed and roll top bath. Lovely seating and very old world. Perfect for walking around Stratford.

Very comfortable stay and really appreciated the little touches left for guests. Excellent location close to town and with shops just opposite. I really liked how it looked inside, as well as the keyless locks! Carolina was very quick and thorough with communication. I also appreciated her checking everything was alright during my stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.
