Offering a terrace and views of the sea, The Olive Yard is set in Gytheio in the Peloponnese Region, 50 km from Kalamata. Monemvasía is 44 km from the property. I liked the architecture of the hotel and the location. Being among olive trees was very serene and calming. The design of the rooms was very nice, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. I also liked the fact that they were very friendly to animals, not just guests' pets but also stray cats from the area.

The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious food and beautiful views, and the bed was very comfortable. We only spent one night but loved it!

Damiano, our fabulous host, was incredibly welcoming and always helpful. The guesthouse was spotless, beautifully peaceful and really lovely to stay at. We had a fabulous time, learnt where to go to get delicious meals and the best honey. This amazing place was close to everything yet still off the busy roads. Do yourself a favour and go and stay.

Just below the castle of Ancient Corinth, enjoy our famous continental breakfast, served each morning in our wonderful garden. Very welcoming lady, she prepared me a replacement breakfast knowing that I had to leave early. Spacious place, comfortable, pleasant. Central position to enjoy ancient Korinthos.
