We are retired and have travelled the world extensively. We know when a hotel is not up to expectations (and have walked out of a couple after just a few hours). This place was exceptional. I just reread the past comments - accept what all the good ones say at face value because they reflect our experience there. Irini was exceptional on the front desk and Elizabeth, who cleaned our room every day, was exceptional! When I read each negative review I wondered if they are referring to a different hotel. If those people were expecting a $500 a night experience they should have stayed in a $500 a night hotel - there are lots to choose from on the island. Having a rental car I found there was always a parking space to return to without having the negotiate the narrow streets of the inner town. My wife’s main criteria is a comfortable bed and a clean room and environment. Mohitero got 5/5 on both. We really enjoyed the gardens and the birds and the peace and quiet. We would have no hesitation returning. It was a nice place to come “home” to after a busy day. The pictures on Booking reflect what was saw while there.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located right beside the fira cliff and bus station, so very convenient to go anywhere. Also quiet at night.

Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. Friendliest staff, authentic place, spacious, clean, great location, it just got everything. Also if your ferry arrives in midnight no need to worry because they wait for you(but better to come in early so they could goto bed). About 5mins walk to main Fira bus stop.

Situated in Fira, Kykladonisia offers tastefully decorated rooms with air conditioning. It has 2 furnished terraces overlooking the Aegean Sea. The room is so cozy and comfortable. It only takes less than 10 mins to the main square/bus station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even gave me the map and recommended interesting activities to do in Fira. I highly recommended this place and I will definitely stay here if I visit Fira again :)

Room: for family of four is small instead of 4 single bed if room have I double bed and 1 bunk bed will help family of 4 to get more space in room. Terrace: if ultimate good advantage to hotel and good sunrise view. Swimming pool: for relaxing holiday it’s adding extra advantage. Bus stop near by to go to Fira or to beaches. Over all stay is value for money

Hótelið Anemomilos er staðsett í Oia-hverfinu, einum vinsælasta ferðamannastaðnum, vegna stórkostlegs útsýnis yfir eldfjallið og Eyjahafið. The location of the hotel is very good, close to everything. The restaurant is also very good and the staff were incredible. I loved it and would go back again.

Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. The location was beautiful and the room was so charming!
