The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... Location was excellent -close to everything and very convenient with shuttle services to the airport ..breakfast was exceptionally good ..the staff were very efficient and helpful with special mention to Patrick (nicolas ) Pimentel and Cathy …they were very friendly and accommodating ..the rooms were very modern with complete amenities and very clean

With pride of place on Kowloon’s vibrant waterfront, at the heart of Hung Hom Bay, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong by Shangri-la is an urban lifestyle resort offering guests unique dining concepts,... Very clean, location is good, gym has many choices and staff were cleaning the machine all the time. At my last night, I need to print out a very important document urgently, one of the staff ( Kay) helped me with patient and caring in the middle of the night. Very appreciate her help!

The room is bigger than most hotel rooms in HK. Mountain View is nice . Location is really convenient as it is close to mtr. Steps away to take minibus and buses to Aberdeen for local local food. Storage space is ample for longer stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Rather big rooms for a city like Hong Kong, with great views to Victoria harbour. Comfortable beds, a nice rain shower, coffee and water machine in the room. Terrace on the 40th floor, where you can enjoy the views. Breakfast is not cheap, but very good quality and again great views from there. The entrances N1 and N2 to Tsim Sha Tsui Station are around the corner, so there is a great connection to get to Hong Kong Island. Will stay here again for our next visit.

I chose Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui as I have been there for celebrate my birthday to me , myself and I. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has been open for 3 months since September 2025. Everything is very new and might have some stuck with service a little bit, but over all is very nice. The view from the room is stunning, very good for relaxing or a honeymoon couple.. Hotel located next to the Easy Tsim ShaTsui MTR station. Highly recommend this place.
